So certain of our services we are offering clients, for a limited period to try us on a fixed fee of £1200 for Loft Conversions and Rear Extensions. This comes with 30% deposit required, payment only after drawing completion.

How does it work, well here a rundown

Firstly fill out application with your details. Pay the fixed rate fee of £25 or £40  Plan Fee send your drawings or proposal to protechplanning@gmail.com and we will look at it and get back to you with a fixed quote.
